Builders – The project is being developed by The Daniels Corporation and Oxford Properties.
Location – This project is set to be developed along the area of Confederation Parkway, Burnhamthorpe Road, City Center Drive and Highway 403, which makes it one of the most lucrative choices among modern homebuyers. One of the main attractions that Mississauga Square One District Condos has to offer is the availability of many lifestyle amenities. From shopping to entertainment- almost everything is available at a walking distance from the condos. In fact, Square One Shopping Centre, which is Ontario’s biggest shopping mall, is also located at a very close distance from the project.
Building Specs –The plans for the condos include 18,000 units with a transit mobility service connecting to the HurOntario LRT. There are retail spaces and offices available on the premises as well. The first two residential towers will have 36 and 48 stories each, with 400+ rental units and about 575 condominium units.
